How do I use WorkScape with an antivirus, firewall, or security suite?

Your antivirus application or security suite may display warnings when you install WorkScape. Your antivirus or security suite must be configured to allow WorkScape to perform all installation steps. You may receive warnings from your antivirus or security suite at any of the following points during installation:

  • When the WorkScape installer installs WorkScape into C:\Program Files\Panogard\WorkScape
  • When the WorkScape installer installs the Windows Service WorkScapeSvc
  • When the WorkScape installer installs an autostart item

After WorkScape is successfully installed and operating, it sends logs to Panogard's servers. Your computer or company firewall must be configured to allow WorkScape to send those logs and other data. WorkScape sends logs to these servers:

  • https://ua.panogard.com, IP 45.58.39.236, port 443
